Algiers Point Estate Sale, One day only! (All Items must go) 9:00AM - 3:00PM Saturday November 25, 2023

This sale will feature most of the contents of the home (Etc. Window treatments, appliances, fixtures are not for sale). We have a fully stocked Kitchen (Filled with small appliances, dishes, silverware and linens), Furniture (Living Room, Office, Dining Room , & Bedrooms) Artwork, Mirrors, Electronics and More.

All items will be priced, but we will accept reasonable offers on most items. We will accept Cash and (Credit Cards/Venmo on charges over $20). Residential Area, please be courteous when parking. Do Not Block neighbors driveways. Please bring Help to remove heavy furniture Items as well as packaging for your purchases. All purchases must be removed by the close of the day. Other arrangements can be made if needed and we do have local delivery recommendations available. We are not responsible for any accidents, PLEASE proceed carefully when on premises. Owners reserve the right to remove any items immediately prior to sale. The home will have breakables and will be full with items, Please Avoid Bringing Children and or Pets. All Sales Are Final.
