• Access to the estate sale will be under the front canopy of the metal shop home. We will have a designated loading zone, so please do not block this area!
• No large bags or purses will be allowed inside.
• Do not remove price tags or change prices on items. If you are caught doing so, you will be asked to leave immediately and are subject to being banned from future sales.
• Bring help for loading of large, bulky items. Our workers are unable to help you load.
• We cannot hold any items. They must be removed prior to the end of the estate sale.
• Prices and item info will not be given out prior to the beginning of the sale.
• All items are sold “as is” and are considered FINAL sales. Nothing can be returned or exchanged. You are responsible for making sure items are in proper working order before purchasing.

With the amount of tools and equipment available, we strongly encourage serious shoppers to bring a truck or trailer if you are interested in larger pieces. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help and necessary equipment to remove and load heavy purchases.
