Interior Designer Warehouse Liquidation

Artvark, Ltd. LLC is an arts and interiors company liquidating a ware house used as a holding space for furniture and decor items.  Many of the pieces of furniture, although are high end brands, are old and have not been refurbished yet, so it may be a great place for DYI'ers to shop.  Items include sofas, chairs, antique desk, dining tables, end tables, chairs, lamps, rugs, throw pillows, throws, and various other decor accessories.  In the upfront showroom, there will be women's clothing and shoes that are like new, many are designer at great prices.  

This sale is NOT conducted as an Estate Sale, where prices are fixed on first day and go down the second day.  Some items are firm but we will lower prices on most items the second day and negotiate on some items both days, depending on the piece.  All items are priced very reasonably and at wholesale at minimum if it is a new market bought item (vs. vintage.)
