Neither Fecit Antiques and Estates nor the client will be responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on or near the sale premises. You enter at your own risk. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items will be sold in "as is" condition without warranty. All items sold on a first come - first served basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone upon discretion. Please make arrangements to bring a truck and help if you purchase furniture and appliances. Staff will not be available for heavy lifting or loading of heavy pieces.

We are accepting pre-sales and pick ups NOW before our appointment only sale the weekend of July 22, 23 and 24.
If you purchase now, we will set a day within the week for the pick up to occur - we will schedule a time period of several hours on a given day for people to pick up their items.

Cards are packaged in plastic bags by us and if you see the bag with the year and maker, there are more cards within the bags. There are too many cards to individually photograph and you will be buying the entire bag - we are not separating out cards from the sets.
The cards have been stored in a climate controlled atmosphere and are in excellent condition.
