This house was very deceiving when we originally did the consult. It didn’t appear to have that much stuff but BOY WERE WE WRONG! This house is already a huge 3 bedroom 2 bath but it also has an attached apartment that was full as well. The former homeowner has a rich heritage within the BR community. He was the owner of Highland Rd pharmacy and was an avid hunter.

There is lots of good camp clothes, animal calls, men’s outdoor type clothes, great usable cookware including Magnalite, cast iron, revere ware, China, Corning ware, wicker baskets, MCM modern decor and entertaining items, three MCM rolling metal serving carts, vintage Christmas ornaments, jars, tools, smart TV, office supplies, vintage linens, bedding, vintage vinyl albums, lots of misc flatware, sterling flatware, washer and dryer, microwave, lots of solid wood furniture pieces, MCM double siamese TV lamp,vintage fur items including a full triple mink stole, several beautiful 1950’s pink evening dresses, vintage Ole Miss flags commemorating games scores from the 1970’s, Civil War books and other memorabilia, vintage boyscout items, vintage old mill stones for garden, cast iron jambalaya type pot used in garden, large oval washtub and smaller tubs and buckets and lots more.

We also have a 2012 Ford Explorer with less than 50,000 miles! It runs great and has cold AC and fairly new tires. Been kept under carport. Has some minor cosmetic issues on front bumper but nothing bad. Unfortunately you can not take it out on the road as it is currently not insured. You can drive it up and down the driveway and even have your mechanic inspect it if you wish.
