You must be prepared to move your own items. All sales are final. Cash preferred. Will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There will be a 3% charge on all credit/debit card purchases to cover my fees. If you purchase any furniture or large items, you must be prepared to move them yourself by Saturday afternoon at 5:00 at the latest. No exceptions on moving the furniture by Saturday at 5:00 please.

This is a 1-day sale! This sale is a workman's dream! There are weed eaters, tools for every need you have, drills, saws, pressure washers, sprinklers, grinders, etc. Many of the tools are still in the box and never used!

This sale is also Office Depot's nightmare! There is everything that you can think of for your office from highlighters to telephone systems, computers, cubicles, chairs, paper shredders, desks, 2 conference tables and binders. There are over 40 filing cabinets! Everything is in pristine condition!

Also in the home, is a gorgeous and large dining room set and china cabinet. There is a beautiful king sized sleigh bedroom set, and an electric fireplace.

There is also a pineapple twin bed set, dressers, a huge bookcase, dining room table with 4 upholstered chairs on casters, a large round retro coffee table, end tables, nightstands, a bar, and a fireproof safe and filing cabinet to name only a few.

Other items:

telescope (in box), lighting fixtures, rolltop desk, refrigerator, fireplace screen, drills, sanders, weather center, dishes still in the box, curtain rods, etc. Too much to list!

Come prepared to dig....there are lots of treasures here! There will be some items still in boxes.....these will be the best bargains! So, wear your "digging" clothes.
