** MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIRED TO ENTER.** 1.)This Sale will be Cash or Credit Card with 3% processing fee. NO CHECKS! Items over $200.00 be paid for in cash only. We will NOT sell items prior to sale opening,
2.)*** Please bring your own boxes and packing materials. 3.)Since our staff will be busy throughout the house and grounds, there will be NO ONE to help load large items into vehicles. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELP, and tools to dismantle, load, and remove large items you have purchased. SOLD items must be removed by 2:00 pm Sunday.
4.) NO PARKING IN DRIVEWAY ( used for pickup ONLY) or IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAYS OR IN NEIGHBORING YARDS! Please be courteous!!!
5.)A& E will not be able to answer questions by phone or email concerning pricing on items that are up for sale.
6.)ALL children must remain with parents at all times, NO EXCEPTIONS!
7.)A&E Estate Sales and home owners WILL NOT be responsible for any accidents or mishaps that may occur on the property during the duration of the sale. Once you enter the home all liability is the customers responsibility.
