Entry at Your Own Risk: By entering the property, you acknowledge and assume all risks of injury or damage that may result from conditions on or around the premises, including but not limited to steps, uneven flooring, stairways, low ceilings, low-hanging fixtures, and other potential hazards.

Indemnification & Release: By entering the premises, you agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Fecit Antiques and Estates, its representatives, and the property owner from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability of any kind arising from or related to your presence at the sale, including injury, accident, property damage, or loss.
