THE COLLECTION
An impressive collection of blue-and-white porcelain includes vases, ginger jars, baluster vases and bowls, with many pieces attributed to the Qing Dynasty. Alongside them is a stunning collection of Roseville pottery, offering beautiful choices for collectors and anyone looking for a standout piece.
Three dazzling chandeliers with cascading acrylic pendants bring sparkle and drama. A substantial, thick-glass dining table is paired with stunning chairs, while an Italian Baroque-style marble-top console makes a striking statement, topped with a terracotta-style elephant.
You’ll find numerous pieces of Maitland-Smith furniture and decorative accessories, along with furniture by Old Hickory Tannery and Ralph Lauren. These are pieces worth making room for.
The decorative collections deserve a close look:
- Carved decoys by Paul Bourdier and George and Betty Nelson
- Two Peter Bramhall “Internal Landscape” glass globes
- An Old Paris porcelain mantel vase
- A Lady Justice sculpture by Dino Bencini
- A vintage brass maritime “Original Bench” sculpture by Michael German
- A wonderful collection of large seashells
ART LOVERS, PLAN TO SPEND SOME TIME HERE.
An extensive collection of original artwork, signed and numbered lithographs, engravings and sculptures brings together a wide range of artists, including David Fisher, Anton “Toni” Krajnc, Zoe McDade, Henry Moss, Audubon, Robert Rucker, Caroline Durieux, Frank Brown, Malakai Favorite, Mary Ann de Buy Wenniger, Richard Finch, Craig Routh and Charles Pfizer, just to name a few.
Whether you’re looking for one special piece or building a collection, there is plenty here to keep you looking.
Maritime collectors will want to see the rare antique W. Ludolph foghorn and a vintage brass maritime sextant by Lauritz Kirkeby, Kiobenhavn. Browse books, including beautiful antique volumes, and don’t miss the “Poinsettia” slot machine, a conversation piece with plenty of character.
AND DON’T MISS THE GARAGE!
There is a whole garage filled with tools and toolboxes. Give yourself time to browse beyond the rooms of the house, because there is plenty waiting in the garage, too!
