Wedgewood Estate Sale

Thank you for visiting our estate sale! Please take a moment to review the following terms. We appreciate your cooperation and hope you enjoy shopping for all of your treasures!
PAYMENT
● We accept CASH and VENMO only.
● All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
● All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees or warranties.
● Please examine and test items carefully before purchasing. We do not guarantee that electronic items are in working order.
● If you break or damage an item, you are responsible for the purchase price.
● Prices are subject to change during the sale. Discounts may be offered as the sale progresses.
● We do not offer pre-sales or provide prices prior to the sale.
● We do not honor written sign-up lists.
SOLD ITEMS & SHOPPING
● Only our official sold stickers are permitted. If you wish to purchase an item, please ask an associate for a sold sticker.
● Once an item has been marked sold, you are obligated to purchase it.
● Please do not gather or “hold” items while deciding whether you want to purchase them. If you decide not to purchase an item, please return it to its original location or give it to an associate to be returned.
● Doors will open at the published opening time.
FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS
● Buyers are responsible for removing and loading all purchases.
● Please bring your own help and appropriate equipment for large or heavy items. Our staff cannot assist with loading.
● All large items must be picked up no later than two hours before the sale closes on the final advertised day, unless prior arrangements have been made.
● Items must be removed from the sale by the purchaser.
PARKING
● PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY unless you are actively loading or removing furniture.
● Please be considerate of neighbors and other shoppers when parking. Please do not park on grass, block driveways and mailboxes.
PROPERTY & SAFETY
● For everyone’s safety, please watch your step. Estate-sale properties may contain uneven surfaces, furniture, boxes, and other items associated with the sale.
● You enter the property at your own risk. The estate sale company, estate, homeowners, property owners, and others involved in the sale are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss or damage to personal property.
● Children must be supervised at all times.
● Please do not bring pets into the sale. Service animals are the only exception.
● Restrooms are not available to the public.
● Please do not bring food or drinks into the home or leave trash on the property.
PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING
● No photography, video recording, or other recording is permitted on the premises. Thank you for respecting the privacy of the home and estate.
SECURITY
● Theft will not be tolerated. Anyone caught stealing will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
● Please do not conceal, remove, or alter price tags or sold stickers.
