************* theres a full King bedroom, Florida room full of furniture, and several nice pieces for a living area (this is not a house full of furnishings, all the items that are here were approved and placed by a professional stager, so you know they are nice and clean, and current.) ********************

-Large grouping of Henry Link rattan including table with chairs, sofa, chairs, and side tables. All were recently professionally recovered in a neutral linen color ($1000 cost to professionally recover all cushions in a neutral white linen within the last year).

-King size headboard, including frame, mattress, and box spring. Headboard is less than one yr old and covered in a linen colored fabric. Also in the sale is the custom comforter, dust ruffle, and pillows, as well as beautiful coordinating window treatments.

-Large round ottoman in deep purple with underlying gold tone tiger stripes with fringe around bottom, and coordinating swiveling vanity chair with carved wooden frame.

-heavy designer glass top dining table with antiqued brass frame, includes 6 upholstered chairs.

-qty 3 dark wood finish with white faux suede barstools, and matching qty 3 (shorter) breakfast counter stools. Less than one yr old and gently used.

-large set of patio furniture, watch for pics. Rectangular table, four swivel rocker chairs with cushions, two ottomans, and also two small round matching side tables available.

-huge silver framed leaning mirror (standing on the floor behind the dining table it's taller than me). Another 'new' item.

-HUGE set of office furniture.check out pics...

-oversized chair in a neutral mini floral with matching large ottoman
