Cash and credit cards only. Items must be $25.00 or more to use card. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please bring your own movers. Those who purchased large pieces of furniture should be prepared to pick up after sale each day . No pick ups on Sunday. If items are not picked up by end of sale on Saturday evening, they will be given to the clean out man.
There will be only one entrance and exit ,which is the garage. Also will be several places to pay for items. The garage, detached garage and all items on patio behind black gate must be paid for in garage to Jim Carlisle and Sheila Dunn. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No items bought outside will be allowed inside the home. Inside home, Stefanie will be taking CASH ONLY, at her table by the sunroom and I will take CREDIT CARDS and the cash overflow at front door entrance. We look for this to be a big sale, so please be patient when paying.
