Pricing is/will be EXTREMELY REASONABLE. You will find what we ask for these goodies – that they are priced to sell. No gimmicks with higher cost on Friday and less on Saturday. Should you find a higher priced item and would like to place an offer, feel free. Worst that can happen is the word "No." Odds are, if the offer is reasonable - you will be taking that item home.
Does anyone like the outrageous pricing we have all experienced with other estate/tag sales? Goodness, I can go and buy retail for what some places are trying to sell for.
Oh, and does anyone like sales that start at 10am? Noon? Or closing the second day for an hour to “re-price?” How is 8:00 start on Friday? Sold!
Cash. Cash. Cash. No other forms of payment accepted.
* Everything is sold “as is, where is.” No warranties expressed or implied.
* All sales final without exception
* You must furnish your own labor for heavy items/furniture. All items must be removed by 3:30 PM each day. If you purchase on Friday, pick up by Friday 3:30pm. Plan to remove large items later in the day. Extremely difficult with a house full of people.
* Bring your own boxes and packing materials.
* No large purses or bags (this isn’t a place to get caught red-handed as uniforms will be on site).
* We are not responsible for accidents or injuries, enter at your own risk.
* No public restrooms
There will be lots and lots and lots of un-priced items. Just ask for a price and we will give it to you. Or make it easy and tell us your offer. This sale was quickly put together. If you have ever seen Matt Paxton with Hoarders or Filthy Fortunes – you will understand.

Privately Listed Sale
Description & Details
Here We Go Again à Rain or Shine: like the US Post Office, "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.” Possibly bring an umbrella – as we have seen an inconsistent rain pattern lately.
Contents of 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home. Most all furniture was moved to owner’s new home.
Small appliances, quilting, crafting crocheting, floral. Lots of nice pictures, home decor, Kenmore upright freezer, dishes, glassware, lamps, bedroom suite, hvac flexible ducting and foam pipe insulation, entertainment center, Christmas decor, love seat, hats, lots of wigs, picture frames, books, lots of woman’s shoes, lots of items new with tags, women's clothing, vintage Pyrex, Coach wallet, vintage cast iron Wagner / Lodge / Griswold pans, IBM Selectric II typewriter, vintage oil cans, craft items galore, Fiesta bowls, ridiculous amount of vintage mason jars (Knox, Ball, Atlas), Ethan Allen mid-century sprocket table, 70s & 80s vintage toys. [Update 7/8/26. Pulled 8 boxes out of the attic nothing but 70s & 80s toys. Star Wars, He Man, Matchbox, Hot Wheels, Lego, assorted action figures, Transformers, etc]. The list goes on and on.
For reference, we will be including a few screen prints of items in the estate, and corresponding listings on eBay. These are NOT our listings. Thought it would be nice to show some potential values of various items. For example: the Ethan Allen sprocket table listed a couple of places for $1,500 and up - $225. The Griswold No. 10 dome skillet lid is extremely rare, and is priced $225
As stated in the terms. Items are all PRICED TO SELL. No gimmicks. No, we do not price items outrageously - hoping they will not sell and end up in our "Offsite Estate Sale" retail thrift store. Can’t stand (with a passion) manipulated A.I. photos that remove all background from the pic. Why go to that trouble? I want to see the items “in the rough.” No money spent to create a video production. Etc...
Isn't the goal for 99.9% of every estate sale to end up with a completely empty house? Never seen where overpricing accomplishes that goal. Should be a non-frustrating sale for all buyers. Uniformed (or not in uniform) security on site.
Hope to see you there.
