* Items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
* You will have to provide your own labor to remove heavy items/furniture, and all items must be removed by 4:00 PM on Saturday.
* Please, no large purses or bags
* We are not responsible for accidents or injuries, enter at your own risk.
* No public restrooms
* We will close from 12:00 to 12:30 on Saturday. We will begin our 50% off when we re-open at 12:30.
