We have 2 Pick up Days for this sale -If you or someone on your behalf cannot pick up during these specified times, PLEASE DO NOT BID.

Thursday, October 28th from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.     

Saturday,  October 30th from 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

• All items in the home are in excellent or Great condition.
• All upholstered items have been vacuumed, sanitized deodorized & disinfected.
• No major damage to any item unless notated in the items details only normal wear & tear
• You are bidding on pre-owned used items. Items will have flaws, minor scratches, usage wear & tear and may need additional cleaning and or minor repair. If applicable, items have been tested prior to listing and all are in working condition unless notated in the items description. We do our best to check all glass & china for chips, however, mistakes happen. You will have an opportunity to check your purchase at the time of pickup.
