4. Large Items — Buyer is responsible for providing their own means of removal. Purchased large items may be held on-site for a short period by arrangement — a deposit may be required.
5. Item Pickup — All purchased items must be removed by close of sale on the day of purchase unless a hold is arranged with staff.
6. Liability — Visitors enter the premises at their own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring on-site.
7. Supervision — Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
8. Capacity — The number of visitors inside the home may be limited at any time for safety and comfort.
9. No Early Admittance — Doors open at 9am. No early entry under any circumstances.
