IMPORTANT SALE INFORMATION

The address will be released Thursday, September 10 at 9:00 AM.

Please be courteous when parking and do not block neighboring driveways, mailboxes or roadways. Leave adequate room for vehicles to safely pass.

Please bring your own packing materials, boxes and bags for fragile purchases. For furniture and larger items, buyers should come prepared with the tools and muscle necessary to move and load their purchases.

All sales are final. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer pre-sales or provide pricing in advance of the sale. Once a sale has been advertised, we want to give everyone attending a fair opportunity to shop the items they’ve seen in our photos and listing. Items will be available for purchase when the doors open on Friday morning.

We also receive a high volume of messages leading up to our sales and are unable to provide individual prices through messages, comments, email or phone prior to opening. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you at the sale!
