There is a pool on this property. Under no circumstances will children under the age of 18 be allowed on the pool deck. All customers must be escorted outside by Fecit.

All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items will be sold in "as is" condition without warranty. All items sold on a first come - first served basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone upon discretion.

We encourage you to ask for assistance and test all appliances prior to purchase. Do NOT plug in any POWER TOOLS OR MACHINERY WITHOUT A REPRESENTATIVE OF FECIT present.

Please make arrangements to bring a truck and help if you purchase furniture and appliances. Staff will not be available for heavy lifting or loading of heavy pieces.
