ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

ACG Estate Sales and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.

�� Pricing & Discounts

Prices are not provided prior to the sale.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing and offer discounts at our discretion during the sale.

First come, first served—no holds or pre-sales.

�� Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods will be listed in each sale post.

Items must be paid in full at time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse any form of payment.

�� Item Pickup & Removal

Buyers are responsible for removing purchased items.

Please bring help for large or heavy items.

All items must be removed within the timeframe specified during the sale.

Staff may be limited and loading assistance is not guaranteed.

ACG Estate Sales is not responsible for damage during removal.

�� Entry & Line Policy

Entry is granted on a first come, first served basis.

We are not responsible for line lists or place-holding systems created by customers.
