On-Site:

• Downstairs and outside will feature items with new additions daily.
• Upstairs items will be available for purchase online and/or by appointment.
• The house itself is also available for sale by owner, but appointments are required.

For your convenience, please bring the necessary equipment to load larger or heavier items. All items are sold as-is-where-is, so be sure to inspect them before making your purchase. Please note that all sales are final, and we kindly request that you refrain from bringing large purses or backpacks to the premises.

On-Site Shopping Tips:

• Bring your own packing materials, boxes, extra helping hands, and a hand truck or dolly for moving large items.
• While on the property, exercise caution to prevent accidents or injuries.
