Non-Payment / Late Fees / Collections: Any invoice not paid within five (5) banking days of sale day is subject to interest at 2% per month, prorated daily beginning on sale day. If payment is not made within the required timeframe, Henderson Auctions may charge the credit card on file for the outstanding balance, including applicable convenience fees and permitted charges. If a bidder does not pay the balance in full by the scheduled load-out date, the bidder may be subject to being charged in full to the card on file.
Sales Tax / Exemptions: Sales tax will be added to all taxable items where applicable and is calculated on the final bid amount plus buyer’s premium when applicable. Dealers purchasing for resale must provide a valid resale certificate at the time of payment.
