Special procedures are in effect to protect you and the employees: All persons entering sale site must wear a mask. Mask will be available for sale for $5 each. Please bring your own hand sanitizer. We have santitized the home and will resanitize each evening. Only 25 persons will be permitted in home at a time. Social distancing and safety precautions will be enforced. Garage and Barn will also have person limitations as well.
If you are not feeling well, please do not come to sale.
This home has only had limited repairs since the flood of 2016. Floors are bare concrete and walls have been sheet rocked.
No bathroom facilities are available.
Cash and checks accepted. No credit cards will be accepted directly by seller. We will accept payment apps; Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and Paypal.
All items must be removed from premises before Monday closing.
Loading assistance will not be available. Please bring adequate help to load your own items.
All items are sold as is; no implied or expressed warranties; No Refunds.
Saturday everything will be discounted by 25% and Sunday and Monday everything discounted 50%.
Reasonable bids will be accepted until closing time on Saturday. Successful bid winners will be notified on Saturday after closing. Bid winners must make payment and pickup prior to noon on Sunday.
Parking on site will be limited. Driveway is pretty long, so be prepared to do some walking. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
Local delivery of 25 miles or less available for $30.00.
