We accept cash, Venmo, and major credit/debit cards unless otherwise noted. Please bring assistance for loading large or heavy items, as staff is not able to assist with moving furniture or oversized purchases.
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. While we strive to accurately describe and photograph items, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: This estate sale is being held in a designated portion of the home and the outdoor areas only. Other areas of the residence are private and will not be open to shoppers. We appreciate your cooperation and respect for the marked boundaries. All Items that are covered or marked "Not For Sale" are not included.
HOWEVER, the designated space is packed with an eclectic collection of thrifted treasures, salvaged finds, reclaimed materials, vintage pieces, unusual curiosities, art, tools, books, craft supplies and project pieces just waiting for their next chapter.
Some things are beautiful. Some are quirky. Some need a little love. And some will have you asking, “Where in the world did they find THAT?”
