My client just contacted me and has agreed to 50% off on Sunday for all remaining items in the house, yard, patio and printing shop. This house was so packed on Saturday afternoon it looked like we did not even have a sale on Saturday.
We will give out numbers at 7am on Sunday morning, you do not need a number to enter but those with numbers will enter first at 9am.
Cash & Checks with proper ID. Sorry we do not take credit cards.
Due to the large amount of fragile items, NO CHILDREN WILL BE ALLOWED AT THIS SALE.
Also, please leave your purses in your cars as NO PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED. No cargo shorts, no cargo pants. These restrictions will be enforced at the door. Sorry
If it rains Saturday and Sunday; it will not affect this sale, as most of the outdoor items are under a huge covered patio. Also the printing presses and printing related items are in the print shop.
By attending this sale, you assume responsibility for any accidents that may befall you.
Please bring your own packing supplies and boxes, I usually provide them, but unfortunately I have not be able to acquire many for this sale.
Buyers are responsible for loading and removal of heavy items.

Description & Details

The late (Mr. Gerald Jenny) was a successful business man who also had a business hobby. That hobby involved printing the way it was done over a hundred years ago. The name of his company was Four Dogs Printing Co. It was established in 1949 and many of you may have seen his New Orleans themed drink coasters in shops throughout the French Quarter. He made these coasters, one at a time, on antique printing presses, just like they did over a hundred years ago. He also did specialty printing for fairs, organizations, special events etc.  Mr. Jenny and his lovely wife Judy, who passed several years ago, were also avid collectors. We'll be selling those collections, plus many more of the items they acquired over a lifetime.

There will be two entrances for this sale. If you have interest in the items in the house, please lineup at the front door.  If you have interest in the items from the print shop, plus the items on the huge patio and in the yard please line up by the driveway gate.

PLEASE NOTE: If you lineup at the gate, you will have to exit  the gate to gain entrance to the house. If you lineup at the house, you will have to exit the house to gain entrance to the backyard.  For safety reasons, the back door of the house will be locked.

The backyard images will follow the house images and will be separated by the words patio/print shop.
