* CASH IS PREFERRED, but credit/debit cards will be accepted for purchases over $25.00.
* Items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
* You will have to provide your own labor to remove heavy items/furniture, and all items must be removed by 3:00 PM on Saturday.
* You will have to furnish your own boxes and packing materials.
* Please, no large purses or bags
* We are not responsible for accidents or injuries, enter at your own risk.
* No public restrooms
* We do not close for lunch on the first day, but will close from 12:00 to 12:30 on the second day.
