This home has been continuously lived in since 1905 when the home was built by Albert and Mary Moresi who married in 1899. The couple had one daughter Rena Moresi McGowen who married T Frere McGowen. Upon the death of Mr.Albert Moresi, the McGowen's moved into the home and lived . Upon Mrs. McGowen's death in 2001, the home and contents were willed to Roland and Mona Stansbury. The second floor of the home has been used as storage continuously since 1905 and it is filled to the very tip top with items collected since the home was first built....

Here are the Owners of this estate that began in 1905. Builders of the home were Mary and Albert Moresi and then it was inherited by their daughter Rena Moresi McGowen. Finally the present owner is Mrs Mona Stansbury. Mrs Mona along with her husband Roland Stansbury inherited the property in 2001.
