Description & Details

THE ZIGLER ART MUSEUM HAS MOVED TO A NEW HOME !!!!

Welcome to Jennings, Louisiana, home of The Zigler Art Museum, one of the finest art museums in Louisiana.

The Museum opened in 1968, a vision of Ruth Zigler, with a collection of beautiful European Landscapes and Portraits.  Over the last forty plus years, the collection has grown to over 200 pieces.  The direction of the Museum has also changed, primarily concentrating on original works by Louisiana artists.

In 2015, The Zigler Art Museum moved to a beautiful new, but much smaller building  in the heart of downtown Jennings.  Not everything could make the move. Thus, this sale represents those items.

The original museum building, located in a neighborhood in Jennings, contains all the items you would expect to see after forty plus years:

Lots of ARTWORK and DECORATIVE ACCESSORIES,

Desks,

Computers,

Books,

Kitchen items,

Display items,

Office supplies,

Artist's Supplies,

Tools,

Furniture, and more!

Please see below for photos!!!!!
