*NO PURSES, BACKPACKS OR CROSSBODY BAGS. Leave them in your car, you can bring in an empty shopping bag or a clear bag.
*We accept credit cards (minimum $50 purchase) or cash.
*You must provide your own help to load bags, boxes, furniture or anything else you buy.
*We are not responsible for any accidents which may occur….Enter at your own risk
*Please leave large purses in your car, you may bring in shopping bags.
*If you are caught changing prices you will not be allowed to come to another sale. Also, we can object to a price on an item if we feel it has been changed.
*Do not buy the item, if you can’t move it.
*Sales are scheduled to start at certain times, but when we have a large crowd waiting in line I may open early.
*Only Estate Sale workers can write sold and take off tickets on furniture.

**Early Shopping, Pay-to-Play: Wednesday, March 18th (11AM-4PM). It will be $10 for Early Bird Shopping. There will be a limited number of people allowed in during this time. Please make note it won't be listed as a regular shopping day so mark your calendar if you plan to Pay-to Play on the Wednesday!

This sale is full of treasures. The house and 3500 sq ft storage shed are over flowing. The person that lived here had a printing company so we have hundreds of new t-shirts (Festival International and cajun themed), t-shirt printing machines, screens, paint and more, pottery by local artist (Tanya Nehrbass, Bruce O’Dell, Melissa Dronet), artwork (HC Porter, Elton Louivere, Christine Balfa, Herschel Harrington and Melissa Dronet), stained glass artwork, festival posters, cypress frames, poetry bisque pieces, cypress pieces, beds, cabinets, shelves, small pieces of furniture, holiday decorations, lamps, clothes (L-2XL), records (45 & 33’s), printers, computers, linens, refrigerator, small appliances, lift recliner, chairs, books, desk, vintage glassware, china, outdoor furniture, rain barrels, empty storage tubs and so much more.
