Terms & Conditions (Note: Some items below apply only to live or online-only auctions.)
Bring help for furniture or heavy items.
DO NOT park on neighbors' grass, driveways, or lawns.
Out-of-state buyers: We ship small items to any state (no furniture). Text me at 318-469-2472 with questions or to reserve items.
Payment options: CashApp & Venmo preferred (no extra fees). Credit/debit cards incur 3.9% service fee.
Register early for auction-style sales to avoid issues—do it even if you're not sure you'll bid.
All accounts settled post-sale/auction. For shipped items: Invoice sent for total (charged after auction); shipping billed separately after packing/weighing.
No guarantees on authenticity—descriptions based on estate/consignor info and some research, but buyer does final due diligence. All sales final—no refunds/returns.
We pack/ship small items (1-3 business days normal; 5-7 for big auctions). Furniture/large items: We help arrange common carrier shipping (buyer pays actual costs). We deliver to local carriers free; priority is safe delivery. 30+ years shipping with rare claims.
Previews: Online for timed auctions, available until last item sells. Questions? Contact us.
Pickup: Remove purchases within 3 days of scheduled days. After that: $5/day/item storage fee, or items resold to cover charges.
Online Bidding Terms
All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No warranties (including merchantability/fitness). All sales final.
Bidder responsible for inspecting condition, age, genuineness, value, etc.—thorough public preview available.
Off-site bidders: Understand inspection may be limited vs. in-person; rely on descriptions (we aim for accuracy, but no liability except intentional material misrepresentation). No returns.
Internet bidding provided as service—no liability if it glitches, misses bids, etc. Use proxy bidding and enter max bid 24 hours early for best results. We may withdraw/re-catalog items.
Online auctions move fast—bid quick! Email notification on wins.
Registration: Complete at least 24 hours before auction (earlier if holiday/weekend). Provide full name, address, phone, email for communication.

Due to platform censorship and the unauthorized removal of over 48 lots from our catalog by HiBid, we are moving this auction to our own independent, uncensored platform.
As a licensed FFL dealer and professional auctioneer of 25+ years, we refuse to allow a third party to dictate or remove legal, historical consignment items from our buyers.
