This beautiful Mid Century Modern home was built in Bendel Gardens in 1958. The family had amazing taste and if they owned it, it never left this gracious home until this estate sale. This sale will be in two to three phases with Phase 1 which will include the main floor. There are other two floors so Phase 2 will have even more.
