All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or returns will be given for any reason, including but not limited to changes of mind, measurements, condition, functionality, or compatibility.

PRICING AND OFFERS
Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the estate sale company and/or estate owner. We may accept reasonable offers on items marked "OBO". We reserve the right to refuse any offer.

PAYMENTS
We accept cash or Venmo only.

LARGE ITEMS AND FURNITURE
Buyers are responsible for measuring items to ensure they will fit in their vehicle and intended location. Buyers are responsible for providing adequate assistance, packing materials, and transportation for large or heavy purchases unless otherwise stated

PICK UP
Purchased items must be removed during the designated pick-up period. Items not picked up with in the agreed-upon timeframe may be considered abandon, and no refund will be issued.

LOADING AND MOVING
Our staff may assist with loading, when possible, but buyers assume responsibility for safely transporting their purchases. We are not responsible for damage occurring during loading, transportation, or removal.

ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL ITEMS
Items may be available for testing when possible. We do not guarantee the future performance or functionality of appliances, electronics, tools, vehicles, or other mechanical/electrical items.

AUTHENTICITY AND DESCRIPTIONS
Descriptions, ages, brands, materials, values, and other information are provided to the best of our knowledge. Buyers are responsible for satisfying themselves regarding authenticity, condition, age, and value before purchasing.

DAMAGE OR LOSS
Once an item has been purchased and removed from our possession, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the item.

SAFETY
Customers enter the property and participate in the sale at their own risk. Please use caution around stairs, uneven surfaces, fragile items, furniture, tools, and other potential hazards.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service, limit purchases, or ask anyone to leave the premises for unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND SECURITY
Security cameras and/or photography may be used during the sale for security and promotional purposes.

ESTATE SALE OWNER AND ESTATE SALE COMPANY
The estate sale company is acting as an agent for the estate owner and is authorized to establish sale procedures, pricing, and purchasing policies.
