Buyers are Responsible for Moving Items Purchased on Day of Sale, Unless other Arrangements are made Before Sale Closes - bring a buddy and a vehicle to help move your large items, or make arrangements with The Occasional Wife for deliveries. We are committed to providing a fun and friendly atmosphere at our sales where everyone is welcome. We do not offer pre-sales, items can only be sold after the estate sale has been open for one hour. We do not give out numbers for lining up at the sale, so line up early. Please note that estate contents pictured in postings may be subject to change as these items are the property of the family/estate until said items are sold.
