Terms
All sales are final. Cash and Credit Card only accepted, no checks. A 2% fee will be added to all CC transactions. We are not responsible for any accidents that occur. This estate sale is not child friendly. No strollers or wagons of any kind will be allowed in. This a two-story home and is not wheelchair accessible. Bring help to load heavy items. All items purchased must be moved same day. Due to the number of items in this estate, entry will be limited to 20 people at a time; therefore, shoppers may be asked to wait for entry. Free bottled water will be available while customers wait. There will be no response to individual price inquiries prior to sale. 50% off all marked items on day 2 of the sale. Due to the HOA policy, there will be an officer detail present. Please be respectful of the neighbors and their property. Hours of operation will be Saturday and Sunday from 9am-2pm. **Due to HOA policy, there will be NO early bird entry allowed. Please do not arrive earlier then 8:30am** Additionally, there will be no public restrooms available for use.
