IMPORTANT: This sale is located IN BEAU CHENE, which is a VERY LARGE GATED neighborhood in Mandeville Louisiana. Due to neighborhood restrictions, we will not be able to place signs out for our sale!!

You will need to have the address and find your route ahead of your trip. To enter the gates, just show the back of your drivers license, which the guard will scan, then they will simply let you in! From the gate you enter, you will need to map your own way as there will be NO SIGNS !!! The address is 103 TUNICA PLACE. It is in a cul de sac so parking IN the cul de sac is practically nonexistent. *** Parking is on ONE SIDE OF THE ROAD ONLY so that traffic can pass, and PLEASE do not block driveways or hydrants. Some of the Best vintage clothing pieces for ladies that we’ve ever had!! And the man of the home had been one of the founders of the Maritime Museum Louisiana in Madisonville, as well as being deeply involved with the Wooden Boat Festival as well as Rhapsody On The River. Lots of framed festival posters, as well as other art that has boats and water scenes. Then there’s all the other items you’d expect to run across at a full house estate sale…furniture, books, silverplate, glass, etc!
