Mid-Century Metairie Rancher has sat undisturbed for the past several years.  Owner has passed away and house will be on the market.  All must be sold. This house did not flood during Hurricane Katrina and has never been updated.  A real 1960's time capsule with lots of vintage goodies!

Please - no children at this sale due to in-ground pool in back yard. We can't be responsible for watching your kids.
