This is a once-in-a-lifetime estate sale with so much quality under one roof in Metairie.....we will start this EPIC FOUR DAY estate sale schedule with a cool evening opening date on Thursday August 29 from 4 PM to 7:30 PM and then 8 AM-2 PM daily through Sunday. Contents include but are not limited to: quality contemporary furniture (chic, smart, retro, brand names, new-to-the-market -- many in their original wrapping), some antique and vintage pieces; fab selection of rugs/carpets; tabletop goodies, smalls, ceramics/pottery, accent pieces; Art - SO MUCH: abstract, figurative, wonderful repurposed oil barrel tops, small-to-large paintings; storage pieces; office furniture; draperies/window treatments; pillows - A TON!; duvets, sheets, coverlets; bolts of fabrics; LAMPS!, and SO.MUCH.MORE!

*DELIVERY INFO:

Currently, we are offering FREE DELIVERY WITHIN A 20-MILE RADIUS UNDER THESE TERMS: No combining items to get to $200; bought other items under $200 that also need delivery? THEN small add-on items are $25 each (nightstand, end table, mirror, etc.). LARGE add-on items are $50 each (coffee table, dresser, recliner, etc.). The 20-mile radius rule still applies to additional items.

Basic deliveries for one item under $200: Within 20 miles is a $65 fee. Past 20 miles: $65 delivery fee + $4/mile for every mile over $20. For any add-on items, see above ($25 or $50 per item)

WE DO NOT DELIVER: pianos, pool tables, large outdoor structures, fountains, concrete tables. WE DO NOT reconnect any appliances. REASSEMBLY of any item is a $50 fee. Thank you!
