Southern Estates Liquidations is proud to have been selected to conduct the estate sale of Dr. Joseph Darlak and his lovely wife Gloria.   Dr.  Darlak is owed our debt of gratitude for long time service in the United States Military, that included the Korean War and the Vietnam War.  Following his departure from the U.S. Military, Dr Darlak set up a private practice that flourished until his retirement..  Dr. Darlak is still with us and is currently residing comfortably in an assisted living facility. Sadly, his lovely wife Gloria has passed.

Back Yard will not be available until Monday.

Please bring your own packing supplies and boxes, I usually provide them, but unfortunately I have not be able to acquire many for this sale. 

As tradition dictates, MOST items will be HALF PRICE ON SUNDAY AND MONDAY. ALSO, ON MONDAY, I WILL OPEN THE THIRD STORY ATTIC OF THE HOUSE AND THE BACK BUILDING ON A LIMITED BASIS. ALSO, ON MONDAY I WILL BRING THE BLACK POWDER PISTOL BACK TO THE SALE.

Due to the large amount of fragile items, NO CHILDREN WILL BE ALLOWED AT THIS SALE.

Also, please leave your purses in your cars as NO PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED, NO COATS AND NO CARGO PANTS OR CARGO SHORTS. I DO apologise FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE,HOWEVER RECENT INCIDENTS, BY JUST A FEW, NECESSITATE THIS CHANGE.

I apologize in advance, that due to the large number of items in the house, it is impossible to price them all.

First, The house will be for sale for the price of $885,000.

 DUE TO THE LARGE NUMBER OF ITEMS PRESENT IN THIS HOME, IT WOULD BE NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO LIST THEM ALL.

In the past week the attic and back shed have revealed many more items that are being added to the sale daily.

On Monday March 6th, the attic and back shed will be opened. In addition to the many items remaining in both areas, there is a huge amount of Mardi Gras beads and doubloons. Some of the boxes of Mardi Gras beads are so heavy, I cannot lift. Also there are thousands of worldwide slides and Army medical training slides.

Presented at this sale will be a huge variety of items, ranging from furniture, antiques and collectibles to useful and functional items. Again, I apologize, but because of the huge number of items in this home I will not attempt to list them. Please use the images presented of some of the items being offered as your measure of the worthiness of your attendance at this sale.
