Buyers are Responsible for Moving Items Purchased on Day of Sale, Unless other Arrangements are made Before Sale Closes - bring a buddy and a vehicle to help move your large items, or make arrangements with The Occasional Wife for deliveries. We are committed to providing a FUN and FRIENDLY atmosphere at our sales where everyone is welcome. We do not offer pre-sales, items can only be sold after the estate sale opens. We do not give out numbers for lining up at the sale, so line up early.
