Welcome to our estate sale at 8239 Green St, New Orleans, LA 70118! We appreciate your interest and look forward to having you join us. To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all shoppers, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
1. Entry & Conduct
• Entry to the sale is first-come, first-served unless otherwise noted.
• We reserve the right to limit entry to maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Please be respectful of the property, neighbors, and other customers at all times.
• Children must remain with an adult at all times.
2. All Sales Are Final
• No refunds, exchanges, or returns.
• All items are sold AS IS and WHERE IS.
• Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for testing, loading, or verifying the condition of any item.
3. Payment Terms
• We gladly accept Venmo, Zelle, or cash as forms of payment.
• No checks will be accepted.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• Prices are firm unless marked otherwise.
4. Item Availability
• Everything in the home must go, except for items clearly tagged as SOLD.
• Items cannot be held without full payment.
• Removal of sold items must be completed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements are approved by the sale organizer.
5. Loading & Pickup
• Buyers are responsible for moving, packing, lifting, and loading their own purchases.
• Please bring your own tools, help, and transportation for large items.
• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage while loading or removing items from the property.
6. Liability
• By entering the property, you do so at your own risk.
• The estate sale organizers and property owners are not liable for accidents, slips, falls, property damage, or personal injury.
• Please watch your step and exercise caution inside and outside the home.
7. Parking
• Please be mindful of driveways, lawns, and posted signs.
• Follow all local parking regulations.
• Do not block neighbors’ access.
8. Security
• Bags, boxes, and personal items may be subject to inspection.
• Any theft, tampering, or removal of unpaid items will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
