Also, please leave your purses in your cars as NO PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED. No cargo shorts, no cargo pants, no shirts un-tucked. These restrictions will be enforced at the door.
By attending this sale, you assume responsibility for any accidents that may befall you.
Please bring your own packing supplies and boxes, I usually provide them, but unfortunately I have not be able to acquire many for this sale.

1/2 Price Sunday. All ladies clothes and shoes will be 1/2 price. NO EXCEPTIONS. Most of the remaining items will be half price, however there will be a few exceptions. This house is still packed. You can hardly tell there was a sale.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be two entrances to this sale. For the first floor (basement) please line up underneath the carport. Numbers will not be given out for this part of the sale. For entrance to the main body of the sale, please line up at the front door. Numbers will be given out, at the front door, starting at 7AM. There is no access to stairs inside of the home. One must exit the first floor to gain access to the second floor and vice versa. 

 The ladies clothing ranges in size from medium to 3X.

Numbers will be given out starting at 7 AM on Saturday.

A & O Estate Sales in conjunction with Southern Estates Liquidations is proud to have been selected to conduct the estate sale of the late Patricia Gauntlett Beare, PhD. In addition to a long and storied career in teaching, Dr. Beare was a prolific author and wrote many text books and articles on the subject of nursing and related fields.

Dr. Beare's 46 year career brought her to many countries around the world and while in those countries, she indulged in her second passions; collecting and fashion.

Offered at this sale, will be many of the treasures she accumulated while living and traveling around the world. Also offered, at this sale, is her extensive collection of fashion and fashion related items. There are enough clothes and related items, at this sale, to open a ladies boutique.

Her lifetime passion for art, resulted in the accumulation of almost 90 oil paintings, watercolors, and lithographs; many on the subject of southern life and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Rolland Golden and Erte' are just two of the many well listed artist represented in her collection.
