Payment and removal of items is due within 10 days of auction. Everything will be sold “as is, where is.” ALL SALES FINAL. Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. Cost and responsibility of removal of purchases remain with the purchaser.

No statement made in the catalog description or verbally prior to or during the sale shall be deemed to express any warranty, representation or assumption of responsibility by this company.
All Telephone Bids must be in by 3:00 P.M. the Friday before the auction. No telephone bids will be accepted the day of the auction. We assume no responsibility for failure to execute bids for any reason whatsoever. Telephone Bidders Must Be Willing To Bid The Low Estimate on Each Item
Crescent City Auction Gallery will hold its Important Winter Estates Auction January 27th and 28th. The auction will feature include artwork by Knute Heldner, William Aiken Walker, Clementine Hunter, George Dureau, Marie A. Hull, Alexander J. Drysdale, William Hemmerling, David Harouni, Ablade Glover, George Dunbar, and Henry Hensche. Sterling silver will be on offer, including a Five Piece Mexican Sterling Silver Coffee and Tea Service, mid 20th c., by Maciel. Featured bric-a-brac will include a Tiffany Studios Bronze Desk Lamp, a Tiffany Favrile Glass Vase, Newcomb Pottery, and Mary Kirk Kelly, (1918-2013, Alabama), Group of Thirteen Pieces of Porcelain Fruit and Vegetables. Sapphires, Tanzanites, Diamonds, Emeralds, Rubies, Pearls, Morganites will be featured in CCAG's fine jewelry selection. Among the antique furniture, featured lots include an Outstanding Pair of Louis XV Style Carved Pine Architectural Doors, and Unusual Louis XV Style Carved Cherry Double Door Armoire, 18th c., and a French Provincial Carved Walnut Tester Bed, 19th c.
