Cash unless personally known to us. Will take debit and credit cards for purchases over $20.00. All items "as is" - all sales final. If you purchase furniture or a large item, you must be prepared to wrap it, move it, and haul it. There is furniture in this sale, so bring your trucks and help to load. You will need your own boxes, wrapping paper, etc....there are a lot of smalls in this sale and we will not have time to wrap your purchases for you. Again - bring your own supplies!!!!!

Nice, well-kept home in the Bocage subdivision.   Gentleman has moved to be closer to his family in California, house is being sold, and he must liquidate his belongings.  He left some great stuff behind, including lots of interesting items - some very nice (and clean) higher-end designer furnishings - sofas, chairs, lots of matching bookcases with adjustable shelves (dealers - great for shop displays), good Lazy Boy Recliner (comfy and clean), great dining room set with large table, custom table pads, and matching sideboard, home office furnishings (nice desk, a computer desk, file cabinets), hand-knotted Indian Rug, Stainless steel front side by side fridge, another good working frig in the garage, two nice rocking chairs, high-end glass coffee table, interesting framed art, good Royal Doulton figurine.

Also - a LARGE collection of New Age, therapy,and spiritual books (and if you like New Age music, you're in for a treat - dozens of CDs), Large solid rock crystal Chakra bowl (as seen on Storage Wars!!), ceremonial clothing and instruments used in New Age rituals, lovely King bed bedroom set with nightstands and two matching chests of drawers, good small kitchen appliances, useful kitchenware, including some really nice mixing bowls and Corning ware, lots of odds and ends and other household items.  Garage, too!
