*We accept credit cards (minimum $50 purchase) or cash.
*You must provide your own help to load bags, boxes, furniture or anything else you buy.
*We are not responsible for any accidents which may occur….
*Please leave large purses in your car, you may bring in shopping bags.
*If you are caught changing prices you will not be allowed to come to another sale. Also, we can object to a price on an item if we feel it has been changed.
*Do not buy the item, if you can’t move it.
*Sales are scheduled to start at certain times, but when we have a large crowd waiting in line I may open early.
*Only Estate Sale workers can write sold and take off tickets on furniture.

We have an entire auto shop full of hand tools, jacks, electrical tools, new parts, Snap on large tool box, new tires, toy hauler, cars, boat, cajun microwave, auto pieces for yard art, 5th wheel hitches, metal tables, fishing items, cypress wood pieces, scrap booking items, air compressor tools, air compressor, vintage boat motor, chains, socket sets, washer, dryer, boiling pots, furniture, pots/pans, hunting gear, smokehouse and so much more. Managed by Sista’s Estate Sales (Marcella). Cash or credit card ONLY (minimum purchase of $50 for credit card).
1. The only cars for sale are in the gated area.

3. Go around the boundary tape, not under it.
4. Entry is at the house near the carport, this is for the house and the shop.
5. Parking will be allowed on the property. Do not block the driveway.
