LIMITED ENTRY: Due to the sheer volume of merchandise and limited space inside the home, we will allow 35 shoppers inside at a time during peak shopping periods. We appreciate your patience as we work to keep everyone safe and the shopping experience enjoyable.

ONE-WAY SHOPPING FLOW: All shoppers MUST enter through the FRONT DOOR and exit through the GARAGE ONLY. Please follow posted signs and staff directions.

PARKING & NEIGHBORS: Please be courteous and mindful of the surrounding neighborhood. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, intersections, or access to neighboring homes. Please follow all parking instructions and signage.

NO PRE-SALES OR ADVANCE PRICING: We will not be offering pre-sales or providing prices prior to the sale. All merchandise will be available for purchase once the sale opens.

BRING YOUR OWN HELP: Purchasing furniture or large items? Please bring the proper manpower, tools, and transportation to safely move and load your purchases. Buyers are responsible for moving their own items.

BRING PACKING SUPPLIES: We strongly encourage shoppers to bring their own bags, boxes, wrapping paper, and packing materials, especially if you’re shopping for glassware, porcelain, or other fragile treasures.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please inspect your purchases carefully before buying.
