Notes: Local pickup only. Buyers are required to bring their own packing, boxes, materials, and tools for dismantling of purchased items. Buyers are required to bring necessary help to remove their items bought. This will NOT be provided by the auction company. 

Any and All Items sold: Bonnette Auction Company LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present to preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factor. Bonnette Auction Company shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bonnette Auction Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Auction Company reserves the right to bid on their own behalf, on the behalf of a bid left by other buyers 

Pick UP: Items can be picked up from specific location at designated pick up times. Look at the web site for details on this. All items must be picked up on designated pick-up dates or arrangements made or they will be forfeited. Buyer may additionally be charged a removal fee for any items not picked up. REMOVAL & INSURANCE OF PROPERTY SOLD OR NOT SOLD BUYER(S) AGREE to remove any and all of his or her property purchased from a Bonnette Auction Company within the time limit given. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!! Buyer is solely responsible to keep insurance coverage on items being bought, in the event of thief, weather, or any other cause of damage Any property purchased (whether paid for or not) that is left after the given removal time shall be considered to be abandoned by Buyer(s) and shall be disposed of by Auctioneer in whatever manner or means Auctioneer so desires, without any liability or accounting owed to Buyer(s) 

Non-Pick up: If items are not picked up in this time frame seller will have the right to have the item(s) remove with no reimbursement to the buyer. 

Buyer’s Premium: 15% in addition to the purchase price.

Payment Options: Cash, Certified Check, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Mastercard are the accepted methods of payment for this auction. There will be a 3% convenience fee for any credit/debit card payments. All BIDDERS invoices must be paid in full the day of the auction. 

Checkout Date & Time: We will make every effort to touch base with you to let you know you are the winning bidder. It is the bidder’s responsibility to enter the correct email address when registering, and to check all spam folders. Your credit card on file will be charged for the full amount. All communications will be done via email. Online Terms: All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factors. Bonnette Auction Company may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Bonnette Auction Company be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bonnette Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the max-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Bonnette Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyer agrees that they will not contest any charges or do chargebacks for any reason.
