ESTATE SALE: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All Sales Are Final: All items are sold "as is, where is" with no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please inspect your items carefully before purchasing.
2. Pricing: Prices are firm on the first day of the sale. Discounts may be applied on subsequent days at the discretion of the estate sale company. No pre-sales.
3. Payment: We accept cash and major credit cards. A state sales tax will be applied to all purchases unless you have a valid resale certificate on file.
4. Responsibility: You break it, you buy it. Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to items or property.
5. Moving and Hauling: Buyers are responsible for the removal and transportation of their purchased items. Please bring your own help and tools for loading large or heavy items. All items must be removed by the end of the sale unless a specific pickup time is arranged.
6. Entry: We reserve the right to limit the number of people inside the home at one time. Large bags and purses are not permitted. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries on the premises.
