Barret Place Phase I - Guest House Garden Furniture

This is the first part of the Barret Place estate located in the Fairfield District.  The first phase will consist of items removed from the main house, contents of the guest house,  the porches of the back of main house, the rose garden statuary and garden furniture in the back half of this incredible four acre property.  Many furniture pieces have been moved into the 4 car air conditioned/heated garage.  The main house sale will be towards the end of January.   Partial listing of offerings:
