Please bring your own movers. Those who purchased large pieces of furniture should be prepared to pick up after 3:30 on Friday or Saturday. No pick ups on Sunday. If items are not picked up by 3:30 on Saturday and no arrangements have been made, items will go to clean out man. NO EXCEPTIONS. All items are sold, "as is", no warranties, and no returns. There will also be CAUTION tape put where there may be uneven steps . I will be working inside home for cash and credit cards. Stefanie, again will be at the holding table, wrapping your items and bagging them. She always does a great job so please be patient. Jim is working in garage taking cash and credit cards and Sheila will help take cash. ENTRANCE IS THRU FRONT DOOR AND GARAGE. PLEASE PAY FOR GARAGE ITEMS IN GARAGE AND ALL ITEMS FROM INSIDE SHOULD BE PAID INSIDE. ALSO WE HAVE HAD SOME PEOPLE PUTTING ITEMS IN THEIR PURSES, BAGS AND ALSO HAVE SOMETHING UNDER A BLANKET OR SOMETHING SIMILIAR. EVERYONE IS BEING WATCHED. IT IS A SHAME THAT PEOPLE CAN NOT BE HONEST AND IF SOMEONE COMES TO ME AND STATES THIS HAS HAPPEN, JIM WILL ESCORT YOU OUT AND PICTURE TAKEN AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COME BACK.
