SPECIAL RULES FOR THIS SALE:

  1. The house is small and is so packed with items we are going to have to limit the number of people in the home at one time to 30.  The first 30 people in line will enter and if there is any additional space, we will let a very few more in.  We will attempt to get you in the home as quickly as possible so you will need to wear your "patient" clothing.

2. Sorry ladies, but if your purse is larger than 6 inches, you will not be allowed to bring it in either the home or the garage, so pack a small wallet or [pocketbook.  We will not keep or store any handbag  for you.   The primary reason for this is because the house is so crowded with breakables, the aisles between tables are narrow, and  one wrong swing of a large handbag could cost you a lot of money for a broken item.

3. When you enter the home, we will have 3  cashiers to sell the hundreds of smalls inside 11 showcases.  Each item will have to be paid for before it can be removed from that room.  We will have several other helpers in the rest of the home to bring items to checkout for you and to assist you with purchases.

4. There are several large cabinets, bookcases, desks, etc., that are packed full of items.  You may purchase any of these when the sale opens, but some cannot be removed until Saturday afternoon.  Items with this restriction are so noted.  If they were removed earlier, we would have to place items on the floor..     Once you see the inside, you will understand why we had to adopt these rules for this sale only.

The garage, workshop, breezeway patio area are also packed, and it may be necessary to limit the number of people entering the garage at one time.  That decision will be made based on the number of people waiting when we open.  We will have 2 helpers/cashiers  working at that outside area.
