* Items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
* You will have to provide your own labor to remove heavy items/furniture, and all items must be removed by 4:00 PM on Saturday.
* You will have to furnish your own boxes and packing materials.
* Please, no large purses or bags
* We are not responsible for accidents or injuries, enter at your own risk.
* No public restrooms
* We will close from 12:00 to 12:30 on Saturday. We will begin our 50% off when we re-open at 12:30.
** We do not publish prices or presale items.
***We always do our very best to make sure that all items are priced, but sometimes things do get overlooked. If you find an item that is not tagged please bring it to our attention and we will correct our oversight. Thank you for your understanding!***
